By using jollygoodies.com, joining the waitlist, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Allergen & Substitution Policy.
Service
Jolly Goodies sells curated food boxes on a subscription or one-time basis to US addresses. Box contents vary by theme and availability. Product photos are illustrative.
Accounts and checkout
You must provide accurate contact and shipping details. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled through your billing portal or by contacting us.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before checkout. Shipping may be charged separately. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Founding member pricing applies only while your subscription remains active.
Cancellations and pauses
You may cancel or pause a subscription before the next billing cut-off for that cycle. One-time purchases cannot be cancelled once packed. See our Shipping Policy for food return rules.
Gifts
Gift purchasers are responsible for recipient address accuracy. Gift notes may be printed as provided. Pricing is hidden in gift boxes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jolly Goodies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
