Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to physical addresses in the United States only at launch. We do not ship to PO boxes where carrier rules prohibit food delivery. International shipping is not available yet.

Processing time

Boxes are packed by hand on a monthly cycle. Orders placed before the monthly cut-off ship in that cycle; orders after cut-off roll to the next cycle unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery estimates

Transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on zone and carrier. Seasonal drops (for example Bonfire Night or Christmas) may have earlier order-by dates shown on the product page.

Tracking

You will receive email updates when your box is packed and when it ships, including tracking when available.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your box arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace affected items or issue a credit at our discretion.

Heat and perishables

Some items may melt in extreme heat. We pack with season in mind but cannot guarantee against weather in transit. Contact us if heat damage affects your box.

Returns on food

For food safety, opened or consumed items cannot be returned. Unopened, non-perishable items may be eligible for credit in exceptional cases. Subscription boxes are not returnable once dispatched.
