Jolly Goodies operates the website at getjollygoodies.com (and related subdomains) and sells curated British food subscription boxes to customers in the United States. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: email address (waitlist and account), name and shipping address (orders and gifts), payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers), gift message content, referral codes, corporate quote details, and basic usage data from our site analytics.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: send waitlist and order emails, fulfil parcels, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve our boxes, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share with

We share data only with processors needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and our fulfilment partners for shipping. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.

Retention

We keep order and subscription records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and customer support. Waitlist emails remain until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site function and may use privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising trackers on the customer site.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
